Tip Top emailed me to say I had won a tub of that Yogurt ice cream and they were sending me the voucher to use at the supermarket, that was in November and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them loads of times asking what happen to the voucher but they never reply. I would call that a rip off.:unsur e:

That is a long time but it could still be on way as things like that arent always sent out straight away, maybe you could ring if they have an 0800 number?

That is so annoying, but it may just be that they are innundated with emails etc..They seem to be doing a lot of promos & advertising lately...
Are you sure the email is getting to them ok? Or is it just going into cybespace?
Is there a public forum you can lodge your complaints on? That may get a response

a email could be sent around the world in milliseconds. so either they have not sent it correctly, or its in your spam folder. some email providers also delete spam emails after a month (gmail) i doubt tip top would scam.

I also did not receive a voucher from tip top, I emailed them and they resent the voucher a month later which was good of them,

But the envelopes they use were not sticky enough to stay sealed, and I recon a lot of their vouchers would have been falling out of their envelopes

I got mine last Friday?
