Got this from an email from revive (vegetarian cafe in Auckland) - www.revive.co.nz - sounds pretty good - haven't tried it yet - always seems that I never have time for breakfast so this could be good(minus the sultanas
:p)
Fruit & oats breakfast
ingredients
· 1/2 cup rolled oats (fine)
· 10 almonds
· 3/4 cup milk of your choice
· fresh fruit in season (eg. blueberries, mango, grapes, banana)
· 1 tablespoon sultanas
· 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste) or just use sesame seeds
· optional: 1 teaspoon bee pollen
method
1. mix tahini, sultanas, oats and milk.
2. chop fruit and add on top
3. add other ingredients
This is my favourite breakfast and is really quick to make if you have the ingredients on hand. You can substitute different fruit or nuts.
It has all the essential ingredients to start your day and should last you through to lunchtime. Many mueslis are loaded with sugar and fat and preservatives so this DIY version is great.

Found sultanas out of stock so will try fruit and oats breakfast some other time and will share my reviews than. Thanks for sharing this healthy breakfast idea with everyone.
