Default What would you do if someone dumped their domestic rubbish in your skip?

    Hi,
Woke up to find 3 full bin bags in the skip I have hired as I'm having an extension built. I will have to pay extra for these bags to be removed as the skip is for rubble only. Found 2 letters in the bin bags with the address on of whoever dumped them. What should I do? Tell the Council? Tell the Police? Go to the address and confront them? Staple a letter onto one of the bags and dump them back at the original address?
    Thanks

I'd either tell the council. Or dump it back at the owners house. Without the letter. Leave them wondering how it came back.

    I like intox's idea!

THats blimmin' cheeky of them, I think no matter what DONT keep the rubbish and pay for it! Either report them or dump the rubbish right back on 'em!

Maybe see if your local councils website has some ideas?

:p I like intox's ideas also - dump it back on their property or tell the council - I think the council might fine them which would teach them a lesson

    Very cheeky of them
    Good Luck

yes i agree, leave the rubbish on their doorstep. (after you bin is picked up). you could also phone the council and say that it was left on your property..it is an offence to dump rubbish, so they will be fined, and all the council do is check for adresses etc! good luck..dirty rotters

Wow this is disgusting....i would drop their rubbish back on their doorstep, may even be worth contacting the police..boy they would get a big fright if an officer turned up at their door. Honestly some people are so aweful!

To be honest the police are under resourced and have more important things to deal with than rubbish bin bandits BUT def call your council and I would def be cheeky enough to dump it back at their house :)
