It took them ages to sort out what they were finally going to settle on doing about it. I would be suprised if anything is heard just yet. Although most will be happy with the result, you can bet your bottom dollar for some people it won't be the end and I am sure Paper Plus will still be dealing with them. They would probably be smart to settle with the people not complaining ASAP though, before anything else arises and they have to go back & sort it all again, just like they did the last time before when they tried to settle it and people were not happy.

Anyone got their points yet?? I'm starting to doubt that we're going to get them anytime soon, but I really need them soon as I have cancelled my student loan (I had intended to pay Open Polytech fees using flybuys reward) grrrrrr. I just need an ounce of hope that they will be here soon. At this point I'm half expecting an e-mail detailing some loophole they've found and no longer have to pay out anything.

Yeah - The least they could do is tell us when we can expect them, now that they have agreed to giving us the prizes. They just seem to be dragging it out - it's been like 6/7 weeks since the prizes were 'won'...

I think in one of the emails it said the points would show on our next flybuys statement.

i think statments come out in february so we should hear soon then

Hmmmm, now I cant find the actual email so im wondering if im confused .

There was definately an email from SOMEONE regarding flybuys saying they'd be added next statement

I think that was from the first email saying we would get 200 points - I don't think they have stated when we are getting the instant wins that they gave us in the end

Hi Everyone.

With over 4000 individual wins it has taken us some time to compile the spreadsheet with what everyone is owed and also import everyone’s Fly Buys numbers from reply emails.

We managed to complete this earlier today and have started sending out the physical prizes. The list of Fly Buys numbers and points owed will be sent down to Fly Buys tomorrow morning and you should expect to see these in your account within approx 2 weeks (a Fly Buys processing period)
